Don't say I Quit!

Been lazy lately.

A lot of catching up to do.

Not all tonight. Maybe i'll ramble on. We will see.

King of Prussia with Chris and Jess last weekend was a blast.

From shopping for long hours and my feet killing me to the Franklin Institute playing with kids stuff, the sports challenges and making paper out of lint it was a great time.

got a hotel for the night.

I slept in a chair. Which was surprisingly comfortable because I was more tired than I have been in a long while.

Eating at amazing restaurants and wawa for breakfast.

Ruby's for Dinner was sick too.

The drive home started getting long but it was still fun.

Christmas this week I thought wouldn't be that good but it ended up being amazing.

Christmas eve i ate with the family.

Lasagna for christmas dinner wasn't exactly the american tradition but it still made good family time and fun.

Played some card games with the family (apples to apples).

Picked up max and frank at about 4 a.m. and drove around for a little then back home.

Christmas i slept in of corse and missed brunch but ate all the leftovers.

Opened presents which turned out better than expected.

I gave the best gifts i could and got some nice clothing for my sister and some good money and small stuff from the parents, uncle and pap.

Watched the Curious case of Benjamin Button and besides being 3 hours it was one of the greater movies i have seen.

Went to Denny's afterward for some good chicken fingers.

Home with max and Skylar for the night.

Woke up today to the sound of 3 men insulating my attic right above my room.

Sounded like they were bowling upstairs.

Then left with chris and max to see Sety Ourg Oals (set your goals).

Drive was quick.

Went shopping.

Ate food at my sisters work.

Went to a great show.

Watched the first 3 bands from the balcony because i didn't care that much,

went to the floor for Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals and after a hour set of FYS i didn't think i would have the energy for more but when SYG came on i sang my heart out.  When the mic is right in front of you you have to sing like i did. SO PUMPED.

got a new SYG's hoodie thankfully.

Drove home after making a quick stop at Janel's

Dropped the guys off, got a shower and ended up at skylars to play NHL and Guitar hero.

Got to see Chad, Cody, and Josh who i never see.

Wemt to sheetz. good food bad service.

Now I'm here.

Tired.

Ready for bed.

I'll try and be a little better with my laziness.

Holy shit!

It's Snowing!

I awoke because i was too damn hot.

So i open the window and it's snowing.

The first good snow all year.

I want to go out in it.

But, I'm still very very tired.

I want to go skiing.

I want to go urban skiing.

I want to sleep.

I want to keep my car clean.

Decisions, decisions.

I have a feeling i'll go out in the snow.

really nothing gets in my way of snow.

I love it to much.

I have to go to King of Prussia.

With Jess, Chris, Jon, and Alura(sp).

I don't "have" to.

But the hotel room is in my name.

You get the idea.

Should be fun.

Today will be too.

I'm off to be with the white powder of the winter clouds.

What a glorious sight.

12:00p.m. to 10:00a.m. isn't good sleeping

My sleep pattern is fucked.

Every night, sleep gets shorter and shorter.

I'm tired yet awake.

bored yet content.

hungry yet filled.

I can't decide on anything.

I never see my Mom and Dad because they sleep while i'm awake and i sleep while they are awake.

On the brighter side.

Cleaned my car today.

Took 2 hours but its smells like armor all and fabreeze(sp).

Applebee's tomorrow with some coworkers of the Fence.

I'm stoked about that.

Last night consisted of my mothers car breaking down in sunbury after getting gass while i was at the shop.

This has been the least productive day of my life (besides cleaning the car).

Still awake.

Late nights follow me.

Why must i stay up this late every night.

At least i can type for a little.

Home for break now. What a relief.  The daily routine was getting to me.  Didn't do much today. Nick woke me up at 4 because he said we were going to the mall with Ian but after i awoke and got ready we didn't go. That pissed me off because i could have slept longer.

We went to campus for me to have no money to eat so i sat there then we packed up and went home.After we got into Milton the snow started coming down good.  Mifflinburg had an inch.  Slippery roads and what not. Nicks dad ended up taking me home because he is scared of Nicks driving.  

Getting home was wonderful. GOt to see the little/big puppy. Ate whatever food i could find because there is nothing to eat in my house.  Xbox and Youtube have taken up most of my night.

Its time to say goodbye and goodnight.

Movies, Rain, and Cursive

I'm stoked about what's going on in life is all I'm going to say.

Today was a good day. Filled with little excitement but good laughs and good fun. Awoke and showered as usual and went to campus did my thing and hit the gym.  I think Layland was pissed i didn't lift with him on Friday so he lifted by himself today. It got to me a little but i got over it because i lifted by myself anyway.  

Went to the movies with Nick and Jon after waiting around for 3 hours till Nick picked me up. I filled my time up with iPhone applications that are hella fun. Saw the Punisher War Zone that wasn't as good as the first but a good action/killing flick with a good comic book feel if you look for it.  

Went to sheetz after an argument about what time Burger King is open till with Nick.  Then to wegmans where nick made me look at movies for 20 minutes then we made 3 laps around the store so nick could figure out what he wanted.

Chilled at Ians with Nick and Janelle and Ian and I had some good Tim and Eric Laughs and we picked on Nick a little. 

Home now. Ready to relax with Nyquil and Iced tea. Watching Munich tonight. Hope its good.

Note: Cursive might be my favorite band right now. I can't stop listening to them.  Shuffle there albums and I find myself happy. Even if that sounds lame it's true.

PA, NJ, and DE in 3 days.

This is gonna be a long one.

So it has been an extremely eventful weekend.

It all started out on Friday when Skylar and i decided to go to New Jersey to see the Rangers play the Devils. We may be in a big hockey stage but its a sweet stage. So i wake at about 6:30 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. and i began to watch the Pursuit of happiness because i'm in a Will Smith stage and go about my morning routine. Since i had to go to Jersey I went to the gym at about 11 which isn't normal for me but whatever it was nice to get a morning lift in.  After the lift i pick up Nick from his final and he met up with some people to eat while i went home and showered to leave for Jersey. Got a sandwich and ate with Nick and Ben but nick kept telling me to wait making me later then I should have been because i needed to drop him of at the apartment.  

I drove to Milton and picked up Skylar and we proceded to drive to New Jersey with no Mapquest only the google maps on my phone. After 5 and a half hours of driving, ambient music and U-turns we arrived at Kait's house.  

Her Mom drove us to the train station where me and skylar encontered the funniest shit. Public fucking up is the first even we experenced when this lady walking fast trying to get around us weaved through us and ran into the wall dropping her purse and saying "ooooh" "oops" and skylar who is right behind her starts laughing at her making me laugh and the lad walked away as fast as she could. Then i saw a sign across the racks that said Bay Head and i Looked at skylar, pointed to the sign, and said "gay head" and we laughed a good while. then we would take the $8.75 train to Newark (Nickem i can see why you are from there...I't sucks). The train took about 45 minutes and i got to meet Kait. She was a little leery of me at first but we talked a good amount.

 We get off the train and walk through this big building to the the arena where we picked up our tickets on will call. The tickets were red foil tickets with the seats Suite 213 on it. Free $250 tickets we got and sat in the perfect seats. Free wraps, popcorn, chips and dip, water, (beer and wine for the adults), and pizza all for us.  

The rangers were down 3 to 1 when we got there.  then it was 4 to 1, 5 to 1, and me being a rangers fan (because of my mom but not a bigger fan than the Penguins) I started to get a little pissed. We got some food at the concession stand adding up to $13.75 because she forgot to charge me for the drink and only for the Cheese-steak and Fries. Skylar and Kait paid 19.25 for theirs because they got charged for the drinks. I guess it was good luck. 

The game went to the third period where the rangers started coming back one goal at a time and tied it up. I was stoked because even if they didn't pull ahead we would still get to see some overtime play. Just my luck the devils came back scoring 3 points with only 4 shots. Oh well it helps the Pens out if the rangers lose.  

We both stole shit from the box suite like plates, programs, and some sterno. We left and got into her dads car and left the arena.  He dad was a crazy fucking driver.  With his turbo(ed) mazda 3 speed was weaving and speeding through traffic. riving 80-90 on the parkway it was a fun ride.  

We get back to Kait's and hung out there for a while meeting some of her friends and this chick Kat who was just at a sex toy party so i asked her a bunch of questions about it.  The movie Freddy got fingered came on so me and Skylar got so stoked because we love that movie even though it was edited it was still hilarious.  Kait brought up some message over myspace that Colin had sent to her but it wasn't really colin it was the guys at the shop sending her a message on colins name because he left him self signed on.  Then chris sent her a message saying it was me so i had to straighten that up. now i know why she was leery of me in the beginning.  It started getting late so we headed out. after a fun night we were on our way home and i knew where i was going so it didn't take that long. 

We are just about to enter PA when my Temperature gauge light comes on. Pulled over and called my dad. he said as long as i'm not over heating i'm okay.  we drove into PA and got to Mile 260 when i started to over heat. Pulled over and called dad again. said to drive, pull over, cool down and drive. till i got to a gas station and got some anti freeze.  I made it to a Pilot and put anti freeze in. That shits expensive. Started driving again and right away my temp went right back up. Pulled over looked in the coolant tank and i had nothing. We needed to call a tow truck. I wasn't pissed because we were having a good time. the only part that sucked was the cold.  we waited about 45 minutes and the tower got there.  He was a douche.  He was all pissed off because AAA told him I was paying cash and i never said that. I fell asleep on him by accident and he woke me up pushing me off of him.  That was awkward.  Stayed awake the rest of the time and got back to the garage where my day met up with us and paid the guy $245.00 for the tow.  

Went back to my house just to play NHL for a little because we needed to meet mikey at noon-ish and we wanted to go to the mall.  We left for the mall at 8:30 in the morning. I got Gears 2 but they didn't have the t-shirt i was looking for.  Went to Skylars for some Hockey jerseys and headed back to my place for a shower and to go to mikeys.  got in mikes car with our Super Big Gulp cups from 7 eleven and while he drove we slept. Picked up emma and headed for maryland.  Couldn't sleep much in his car. To small for me.  

Got to maryland after forever and met some dudes from the area that were cool.  got good food at a local restaurant.  the show was a typical show.  A lot of fun. I really enjoyed every band especially architect. The show ended and we waited for skylar to finish talking to people, Nick to finish everything he does, and for Dustin to decide where we were eating before we could depart.  

We ended up eating at a Denny's in Ocean City MD.  I was stoked to be at the beach in winter and i really wanted to see the ocean in winter.  After i ate my Slamwhich and Pancake Puppies, we went to the beach to find cold sand, cold wind and a cold breeze. I was stoked to be there but it got cold quick. 

We left and went to dustins house so Sky could get a vinyl and i think mikey was getting a little pissed because he wanted to go home but we didn't take to long.  I tried sleeping but couldn't till about 2 hours away from home. I woke up outside Danville and stayed awake the rest of the way. Got home, drove to skylars and dropped him off, and proceeded home. 

I immediately went to bed to sleep 12 hours from 8a.m. till 8 p.m. to my parents fight about the car situation. It was annoying because not only do i not have a car for a little i got shit for my car breaking. oh well. 

I went to the shop hung there for a while and skylar came in for a tattoo. we went to my house to grab NHL and drop my car (jeep) off. We went to his house, played NHL (I won 2 of 3 games) then i started blogging and this is where i am now.

I had an AMAZING weekend.

Long days and car drives.

Totally worth it.

You have to start somewhere.

So im creating this blog. Feel free to take it how you do.
but this blog thing is new to me.

Maybe its the new thing of the ages.

Maybe I'm just bored.

Maybe I'm tying to fit this trend that might not live past next Wednesday.

or maybe i do need to vent somewhere sometimes.

Never was very good with expressing myself.

I woke up at 6:15 this morning and i was truly hungry.

Went to the fridge to find nothing worth eating and nothing worth cooking.

I think i scared Nick when he got up to take a piss as I'm standing in the kitchen.

I come back in my room and i have stolen just enough internet signal from the neighbors to check my MySpace (I fucking hate MySpace because even at 6:30 in the morning you always feel the "need" to "check" your Space.) and i see that Frank and Chris have posted Blog sites and it dawned on me that it might be good for me to say what i want sometimes.

So this is where I am.

Also in looking at the blogs of Chris and Franklin tonight, and seeing all the wonderful photos it makes me miss home even more. Even though i love winter and i could go a winter without seeing the slopes i miss the smell of summer i need it noises in my ear. (had to) I had one of the best summers last season. between the people at work and the half way dam trips at 2a.m. i couldn't have had a better time.I have my friends to thank for making me addicted to Mifflinburg. Home is where my heart is most of the time.I always am eager to go home for the weekend but not to go back to the port for the week.Maybe its the work. Everyone know how lazy i can be. But there is a different scene up here. Good friends, good times and i can go to the gym and get any extra energy out. But it does not compare to home.

And another thing that pisses me off/scares me about next year is that the group of friends that are still around are going away to school again or for the first time next year. and then there are the extra few that might be around for a little while longer. Oh well....life changes....and still goes on. Not ready for to much change yet. It all happens faster than i expected and faster than i took it. I'm behind and i know it. makes me wonder how i even got this far. I'l make it. I have to. I have no choice. or so i think.

It's now about 7:45. I think another hour of two of sleep can do me good. hopefully i can get to the gym early for once. Today feels like a great day. Might go to jersey today for a hockey game if me and Skylar can set some thing up and move some times around. If not, I am sure i'll end up at the movies with Ian and Nick. i think they're going today. Maryland with Sky, Mike, and Mike to see STTK on Saturday. I have my traveling cut out for me this weekend.

P.S. for anyone i know and like and anyone who cared to read down to the end. I will be having a New Years Party at my house in Mifflinburg. It will start around 8/9 o'clock but come when you will. I need to see everyone and soon. Willamsport gets old quick.
